By accessing or using Clara ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Fossen AI ("we", "us", "our").
The Service is invite-only. Access is granted solely through an invitation issued by Fossen AI or by an existing workspace administrator. You may not register or attempt to access the Service without a valid invitation.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
You agree not to use the Service to transmit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content; to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data; to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service; or to violate any applicable law or regulation.
When you connect a Google or Microsoft account, you authorise the Service to access your email and calendar data solely to provide the features you request (drafting replies, generating meeting briefs, etc.). We do not sell your data. Your OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and are never shared with other users or workspaces. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The Service and its original content (excluding content you provide) remain the property of Fossen AI. You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the Service. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Workspace. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose. You rely on AI-generated output at your own discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by Norwegian law, Fossen AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
