Short version: your emails and agent data are visible only to you. No other user, workspace member, or Fossen AI employee can read them.
Every email draft, to-do, quality check, file conversion, and ignored-sender rule is stored under your user account. Other members of your workspace cannot see your drafts, inbox contents, or agent activity.
When you connect a Gmail or Outlook inbox, the AI agent reads messages only to draft replies on your behalf. No human at Clara has access to your inbox. Your OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-128 (Fernet) and are never shared with other users or workspaces.
All data — including emails, drafts, and uploaded files — is stored on servers located in the Amsterdam (AMS3) region. Data is encrypted at rest (OAuth tokens use AES-128) and in transit using TLS 1.2+.
Every database query is scoped to your workspace. It is architecturally impossible for one workspace to query or receive events from another. Workspace members each have their own private drafts, todos, quality checks, and file conversions — none of this is shared across accounts.
Go to Settings → Workspace and use the "Delete my account" section. This permanently removes your user record, all your drafts, todos, connected inboxes, cloud storage connections, ignored-sender rules, and OAuth tokens. The deletion is immediate and irreversible.
API keys issued under Settings → API Keys are scoped to your workspace. They allow agents to post events on your behalf but cannot be used to read your data or impersonate another user. Revoke them at any time from the same page.
